These Terms & Conditions govern your use of www.bavariansafaris.com and any booking made with Bavarian Safari Pty Ltd ("Bavarian Safari"). By making a booking, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

Bavarian Safari provides mobile safari tours and accommodation bookings as described on the Site. Itineraries, availability, and pricing are subject to change until a booking is confirmed in writing.

2. Bookings & Payment

  • A booking is confirmed only once a deposit or full payment (as specified at checkout) has been received and you receive written confirmation from us.
  • Prices are listed in BWP (with USD equivalents shown for international guests) and are subject to change until confirmed.
  • Full payment is due 30 days before the start of your safari/stay, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept payment via Absa Bank (via CyberSource/Visa Acceptance Solutions).

3. Pricing & Availability

All prices are subject to availability and may change without notice until a booking is confirmed. Confirmed bookings will honour the price agreed at confirmation.

4. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring you (and any guests included in your booking) hold valid travel documents, visas, vaccinations, and are fit to participate in safari activities. Certain activities carry inherent risk; you participate at your own risk and must follow guide instructions at all times.

5. Changes by Us

We reserve the right to amend itineraries due to weather, wildlife conditions, safety, or circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and offer a comparable alternative where feasible.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Bavarian Safari is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for events outside our reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to extreme weather, wildlife behaviour, government action, or travel disruptions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, images, logos, branding) is the property of Bavarian Safari Pty Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Botswana. Disputes will be handled as described in our Dispute Resolution Policy.
