1. Booking Confirmation & Payment Terms
• A 30% deposit is required upon booking confirmation to secure your safari reservation.
• The remaining balance of 70% is payable 48 hours prior arrival before the tour commences.
2. Pre & Post Tour Accommodations
• Optional additional accommodation in Maun (pre-tour) or Kasane (post-tour) can be arranged prior to travel at $40.00 per person, per night.
3. Passports, Visas & Travel Documents
• Guests are responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports (with at least 6 months validity from departure date) and appropriate visas for entry into both Botswana and Zimbabwe (for the Victoria Falls excursion).
4. Travel & Medical Insurance
• Comprehensive travel, medical, emergency evacuation, and luggage insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers.
5. Transfers & Itinerary Changes
• Airport transfers for arrival at Maun Airport and departure from Kasane Airport are included in the package.
